IoT4Industry awarded the “European cluster partnership of the year 2020”
The IoT4Industry project received the first prize as best “European cluster partnership of the year” during the European Cluster Conference held on 11 November 2020.
The award as “the most successful collaboration between clusters across Europe” this year had a focus on communication activities. We are proud of this important award, MESAP was in fact the leader of some activities related to communication and dissemination of the project!
Join the 5E Project Workshop
On 26th November 2020, from 13.30 to 15.30, the 5E project will hold a virtual workshop entitled “Joint Vision and meta roadmap for European Electronics Industries” during which the project results achieved will be presented and new opportunities will be discussed with the ECS and KDT community. The workshop will take place on the occasion of EFECS 2020, an international forum dedicated to electronics.
We invite our members to participate in the workshop and join the 5E Digital Showcase, a free tool made available to give more visibility to electronic products at European level.
FIT4FoF among the protagonists of the “Techs & Skills Innovation Roadshow”
The FIT4FoF project took part in the “Techs & Skills Innovation Roadshow” to talk about its commitment to developing upskilling and reskilling methods and paths that can be replicated in the “Factory of the Future”. The event was held on the occasion of World Manufacturing Week 2020 by EIT Manufacturing, a community connecting the main manufacturing players in Europe.
MESAP is partner of FIT4FoF and leader of the Italian PILOT .

Smart Systems Integrated® Trademark: New conditions for SSI awarded companies
Together with EPoSS, MESAP has agreed on an advantageous condition for companies that will receive – or have already received – the SSI trademark. This condition, reserved to the owners of the mark, provides free memebership to EPoSS for one year. If you are interested please contact us by writing to trademark@mesap.it.
The SSI trademark, registered at EUIPO, represents a distinctive sign to distinguish intelligent products, performing a product warranty function.
National event of the E2DRIVER project
Last October 28th MESAP, together with partners Sinergie and Politecnico di Torino, organized the national event of the E2DRIVER project “Energy efficiency in production processes as a competitive lever for SMEs in the automotive sector”. The objective of the meeting: to accompany the participating companies in the acquisition of awareness on the application of energy efficiency measures within production processes. Boost4BSO Project
Boost4BSO continues its activities for the development of a toolbox available to BSO – Business Support Organisations – in order to accompany companies in the digital transformation. A meeting with the project partners was organised on Thursday 19 November and open to BSOs for the creation of the “Wave 1 Capacity building”, where the main aspects related to the digital industry and the possible barriers to its full implementation will be defined.

EFECS 2020
EFECS is the international forum dedicated to electronic components and systems in Europe (ECS). AENEAS, ARTEMIS-IA, EPoSS, ECSEL Joint Undertaking and the European Commission, in association with EUREKA, have joined forces to bring together all stakeholders with an online meeting on 25-26 November 2020.
MESAP will be present at the EFECS 2020 Forum with a virtual booth dedicated to the SSI brand and the 5E project. Join the event and come and visit us!

“AI at the Edge”: the series of webinars dedicated to Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) in collaboration with EPoSS proposes a series of appointments dedicated to the topic of Artificial Intelligence for product designers and technologists involved in the development of embedded AI solutions (AIoT).
The next appointment is scheduled for Friday, December 11, on the theme of healthcare.
